A flyer is a salesperson you print by the thousand. Ours run full color on bright white gloss or matte text stock, folded into mailboxes, tucked under wipers and stacked on counters across the Bay Area every week.

The 4" × 6" club flyer is the workhorse — cheap enough to blanket a neighborhood, big enough for an offer and a map. Go half-letter or full-letter for menus and price lists, tabloid for posters, or the tall 4.25" × 11" rack card for counter stands.

80 lb gloss text is the standard handout weight. Step up to 100 lb when the flyer needs to survive handling or represent a premium brand — the difference is easy to feel.

Trim sizes: 4" × 6", 5.5" × 8.5", 8.5" × 11", 11" × 17", and 4.25" × 11" rack cards.

File setup: Add 0.125" bleed on all four edges and keep text 0.125" inside the trim. Export as PDF/X at 300 dpi in CMYK. A 4" × 6" flyer file should therefore measure 4.25" × 6.25".

Double-sided jobs: Supply both sides in a single two-page PDF, front first.

Heavy ink coverage: Keep total ink under 300% to avoid drying issues on text stock.

Gloss or matte paper?

Gloss makes photos and color blocks pop — the default for promos. Matte reads more premium and is easier on the eyes for text-heavy layouts like menus and program guides.

What quantity should I order for a mail drop?

Count the households in your target routes and add 10% for handouts and spares. Unit prices fall steeply at 2,500+ — request a quote with a few quantities and we'll break down the options.

Can you fold my flyers?

We quote half-fold and tri-fold jobs daily. Send your specs through the quote form and we'll price it within one business day.
